There is room for 2 cars comfortably, and a 3rd behind the first 2. PLEASE DO NOT use the studios parking spaces. Please read house rules before booking. This home has a strict NO PARTIES rule. We do have security cameras on the outside of our homes. It is one of our top priorities that we provide a safe and clean space for all of our guests, as well as a respectable and well maintained home for our neighbors. We need to be good neighbors, just as we need to be good hosts. Important Notes: 🚫 No Parties Allowed: Strict policy to respect neighbors & maintain a peaceful environment. 📹 Security Cameras: Exterior cameras in place for security purposes. 📶 Reliable WiFi: Ideal for work, streaming, and staying connected. 👥 Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. 🐾 Pet Policy: Pets must be approved before booking, leashed outside, and crated when left alone (pet fee applies). 🚗 Parking Restrictions: This home shares a driveway with a detached studio rental. Guests must park in the designated spaces on the RIGHT side of the black tape, closest to the home. Please do not use the studio’s parking area.
